Setup

Three steps. Pin your docs. Copy the connector URL into Intercom. When Almost returns hold, Fin does not post the original. If cleared_allow_send is true, Fin may post cleared_draft only.

2. Paste in Intercom

Intercom → Settings → Integrations → Data connectors → New → POST this URL. Auth header: Bearer your almost_live_ key. Body: {"draft":"{{draft}}"}.

3. Hold means stop

Paste this into the Fin Procedure. Prefer human email send on Clear.

When the Almost gate returns:
1. If action is "allow" (or allow_send is true): post the original draft.
2. If action is "hold" and cleared_allow_send is true: post cleared_draft only. Do not post the original.
3. If action is "hold" and cleared_allow_send is false (or missing): do not post. Ask a human.
