No Zendesk marketplace app yet. From a trigger, webhook, or agent step, POST the draft to /api/v1/gate with your almost_live_ key. On hold: do not post the original; if cleared_allow_send, post cleared_draft only.

No marketplace connector yet. The gate API is live: same hold / send contract as Intercom Fin.

1. API key

Create a key in Settings → Send path. Use it as Authorization: Bearer almost_live_…

2. Call the gate

POST /api/v1/gate with the draft (and optional pinned source). If action is hold, do not post the original. If cleared_allow_send is true, post cleared_draft only.

3. Prefer a guided path

Intercom Fin has a one-click connector URL. Wire that first, then keep Pro on so Fin does not stop at the free meter.
