What Almost does

Almost checks the claims in a draft against a source you provide, and holds any claim the source does not support. Each check produces a signed receipt that records what was checked and the outcome.

What Almost is not

Almost is a tool, not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and not a guarantee that a draft is true or safe to send. A signed receipt is a record that a check ran, not a certification, an approval, or a legal determination. You remain responsible for what you send.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the source and the draft you submit, for having the right to use them, and for the decision to send. Do not submit content you are not entitled to process.

Availability and changes

Almost is provided on an “as is” basis during its current phase, without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or withdraw features, and we may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aqta is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from your use of Almost is limited to the fees you paid for it in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
