The service
Almost helps you bind outbound claims to excerpts you supply, name gaps when a claim will not bind, and compile a portable pack. By using Almost you agree to these terms and to the Privacy notice.
What Almost is not
- Not legal advice, tax advice, or professional counsel.
- Not a compliance certification, trust badge, or guarantee that a source is true or complete.
- Not escrow, not a court filing system, and not a substitute for your own review before you send.
A BOUND result means the quote appears in the excerpt you provided under Almost's bind rules. You remain responsible for what you send, publish, or file.
Counsel tier
When Counsel is offered, it is a human review slot. It is not an automated finding of lawfulness, and it does not make Almost your lawyer.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your credentials private. Do not abuse the service, probe other accounts, attempt to reverse-engineer protected systems beyond ordinary use, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other users.
Credits, payments, and refunds
Pack tiers and credit packs are priced as shown on Pricing at the time of purchase. Credits are consumed when you run paid desk actions as described in-product. Refunds are handled case by case for failed fulfilment; contact us from your account email.
Your content
You keep ownership of the text and excerpts you paste. You grant Almost a limited licence to process that content to provide the service (bind, store packs you save, show them back to you). Do not paste material you have no right to use.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as available. Features may change. We may update these terms; the date above will move when we do. Continued use after a material update means you accept the revised terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Almost and its operators are not liable for decisions you make from packs, for third-party payment outages, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
